Ray Shah is an Irish media personality and entrepreneur who first came to prominence as a contestant on Big Brother UK,
After Big Brother, Shah built a career in Irish media. He became a radio presenter on Q102 in Dublin and later worked with 4fm and iRadio. He also fronted his own television programme, On The Box, on Dublin’s City Channel. Beyond broadcasting, he moved into business, launching a sports nutrition supplement company in 2012 and later developing BodyFirst Nutrition, a brand he actively promotes.
