Ruth Scott
Ruth Scott is an Irish broadcaster, DJ, and event host who has been a familiar voice on national radio for over two decades.
She built her career with RTÉ 2fm, presenting a variety of music and talk shows, before moving on to roles with Radio Nova and later Classic Hits Radio, where she continues to broadcast. Known for her warm and engaging style, Ruth has also made regular television appearances, including on The Elaine Show, The Today Show, and The Voice of Ireland.
Outside of broadcasting, Ruth is a sought-after MC and event host, lending her voice and presence to major events such as the Women’s Mini Marathon, Taste of Dublin, Web Summit, and Women in Tech. She also works as a voiceover artist and is a registered humanist wedding celebrant/solemniser, performing ceremonies across Ireland.
